THE INTENT: All firms related to Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Professional Services are invited to learn about the State of Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB) process on how to bid on state construction and design projects and all upcoming opportunities.

The Capital Development Board will strive to ensure that our state’s diverse communities are reflected throughout CDB’s public service and vertical infrastructure efforts across the State.

Following the informational session, there will be time to network with CDB representatives, Berwyn Development Corporation, and attendees.

PARKING INFORMATION: Please do not park in the main parking lot, instead park in the lot that can be accessed off Maple Ave and Riverside Drive. There is a picture attached for reference.
