Preparing for funding is about more than just having your financial documents in order—it’s about ensuring your business and you as a leader are truly ready for the next step. This workshop will help you assess both your business’s operational readiness and your personal emotional readiness for taking on funding.

You’ll evaluate your current business systems, understand what funders look for, and develop a comprehensive preparation plan. Through interactive exercises and peer discussions, you’ll identify gaps in your readiness, explore different funding options, and create an action plan to strengthen your position for funding success.
