Program Details: Qualified applicants can choose:

✅ Business Tax Return: $350

✅ Financial Statements & Tax Return: $500

Eligibility:

✅ For-profit business in Cook County, IL

✅ Gross revenue under $500,000

✅ Active Employer Identification Number (EIN)

✅ Attend an orientation webinar

Please note that:

✅ Up to 35 applicants will be selected.

✅ Submission does not guarantee consultant assignment; SDA reserves final selection rights.

✅ Priority will be given to businesses in the South Suburbs and sectors most affected by COVID-19.
